About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Development with a focus on provider partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, particularly health systems and large oncology groups. This role involves developing and implementing a growth strategy, establishing relationships with leadership, and leading the end-to-end business development process. The VP will work cross-functionally to align solutions with provider needs, stay abreast of industry trends, and ensure the company's offerings are competitive and relevant. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within healthcare, and a proven track record in executing initiatives related to population health, value-based care, and clinical quality. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at engaging with senior-level stakeholders, and have a strong background in enterprise sales. A passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the managed care and provider markets, including risk-based contracting, are essential. The role requires a mission-driven individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and is willing to travel as needed.
