Assistant Project Manager- Commercial Construction

- Clear path from APM to Project Manager role.

- Manage day-to-day construction project execution from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Utilise project management tools to maintain documentation and reporting
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in construction project management (APM or Jr PM level)
- Stable career history with consistent tenure
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment
- Degree in construction or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Procore (preferred)
- Exposure to aviation projects (a plus)
- Opportunity to step up into a full Project Manager position
- Exposure to complex and specialised construction projects
