Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Illinois.

• Proven experience in working with patients who have co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.
