$125/hr Schedule
• Monday Friday
• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• No call
• No weekends OR Block Assignments
• General Urology Wednesday
• Urologic Oncology Tuesday
• Gynecologic Oncology Monday & Thursday
• Endocrine Surgery Monday & Tuesday
• Otology 1 day per week (TBD) Practice Setting
• Inpatient/Outpatient
• 100% Operating Room
• Adult patient population
• Average surgical volume: 2 3 cases per day per service Team Structure
• General Urology 2 surgeons
• Urologic Oncology 2 surgeons
• Gynecologic Oncology 2 surgeons
• Endocrine Surgery 1 surgeon
• Otology 1 surgeon First Assist Responsibilities
• Primary first assist in the OR
• No clinic responsibilities
• No inpatient management
• No bedside procedures Robotic Surgery Mix
• General Urology 30%
• Urologic Oncology 60%
• Gynecologic Oncology 80%
• Endocrine Surgery None

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Texas license required (may be pending at submission) Credentialing
