Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced interventional radiology procedures, including scrubbing and circulating in accordance with standard protocols.
- Provide patient care before, during, and after interventional procedures.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in patient monitoring, documenting accurate and timely information for the care team.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in quality assurance activities to enhance procedural outcomes and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Previous Interventional Radiology experience, including scrubbing and circulating duties.
- Experience in neurointerventional procedures is a strong asset.
- BLS certification is required.
- Familiarity with vascular operating and Cath lab environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Cerner (Radnet) EMR systems.
- Ability to work with advanced radiology equipment such as GE and Philips systems.
