Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in eastern Tennessee. This assignment offers flexible scheduling, rapid onboarding potential through temporary privileges, and the opportunity to practice within a well-supported community emergency department serving one of Tennessee's most desirable regions.

This opportunity is open to Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians as well as Family Medicine physicians with Emergency Medicine experience.

• Approximately 42,000 Annual Visits
• 27 Emergency Department Beds
• 150-Bed Community Hospital
• Approximately 1.8 Patients Per Hour
• Physician and APP Coverage Model

Schedule Options
Available Shift Times Include:

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Approximately 12 shifts available per month.

Clinical Scope

• Evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and disposition of emergency patients
• Management of a broad range of medical and traumatic presentations
• Emergency procedures within physician competency
• Collaboration with APPs and consulting specialists
• Epic documentation and order management

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible ABEM/AOBEM

• Active Tennessee License or IMLC eligibility
• PALS Certification Required
