These are hands-on manufacturing roles working with electrical components, mechanical parts, tools, and equipment.Electrical Wiring Technician – $20/hrResponsibilities:Perform electrical wiring and assembly of componentsRead and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructionsRoute, connect, terminate, and secure electrical wiringUse hand tools and basic electrical toolsInspect completed wiring and assemblies for qualityFollow safety procedures and production standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaPreferred Qualifications:Previous electrical wiring, electrical assembly, or electrical construction experienceAbility to read basic wiring diagrams or schematicsExperience using hand toolsResidential, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing electrical experience is a plusElectrical Apprentice experience is a plusTDLR Electrical Apprentice certification is a plusMechanical Assembly Technician – $19/hrResponsibilities:Assemble mechanical components and equipmentUse hand and power tools to complete assembliesFollow drawings, work instructions, and assembly proceduresMeasure, align, fasten, and inspect componentsPerform quality checks on completed assembliesMaintain a safe and organized work areaWork efficiently while meeting production expectationsPreferred Qualifications:Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or industrial experienceExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to read basic drawings or assembly instructionsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCandidates with electrical, mechanical, automotive, HVAC, welding, or construction backgrounds are encouraged to applyGeneral RequirementsMust be dependable and punctualMust be available to work 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMMust be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environmentMust be able to stand and work with your hands for extended periodsMust be able to follow safety and quality proceduresMust have reliable transportationMust be willing to learn and work as part of a teamGreat opportunities for candidates with backgrounds in electrical, mechanical assembly, construction, automotive, fabrication, HVAC, welding, or other hands-on trades.
