Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Details Mid-sized law firm seeking a high-performing litigation associate for a growing Wilmington-based commercial litigation practice. Salary: $205,000 - $225,000 per year. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting. Experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court strongly preferred. Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills essential. Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities required.
