Compensation & Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses Uncapped bonuses based on impact. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses for each therapist becoming certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work-from-home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.Almost 30 days off in Year One including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable caseloads: up to 8 children. No Non-Compete Clauses.
