You will work Monday through Friday, 10-hour days, with a typical schedule ending at approximately 5:00 PM.The role is structured as a three-month contract tied to the project timeline, with potential for continued work after the initial launch depending on future projects.The environment is an active construction site within a retail setting, requiring awareness of surrounding mall operations and adherence to safety practices.You will regularly use power tools, hand tools, tape measures, and other standard carpentry equipment, and you are expected to bring your own basic carpentry tools. Work will include both rough and finish carpentry tasks, often at varying heights and in partially completed spaces.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Tigard, OR.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
