  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

  • Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders while continuously adjusting care plans to meet the evolving needs of each patient.

  • Collaborate with patients' families, healthcare providers, community resources, and insurers to provide comprehensive care and facilitate appropriate referrals.

  • Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team discussions to devise effective discharge plans and ensure a seamless transition of care for patients.

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and clinical standards, ensuring adherence to the scope defined under the Mental Health Practice Act.

  • Regularly assess and prioritize patient cases, addressing emerging needs while providing timely interventions for acute situations.

  • Provide support and crisis intervention to patients experiencing bereavement or other significant life challenges, while also offering social work consultations to caregivers and family members.

  • Serve as an advocate for patients and families, enhancing communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vatica Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
