Overview The Service Advisor at Group 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Denton serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate vehicle diagnostics communication, and coordinating timely and efficient repairs. The Service Advisor plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, retention, and driving service department revenue within a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
