Director of AI Enablement

Position: Director of AI Enablement

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a senior AI leader who can help drive enterprise AI adoption and transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AI/GenAI along with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise AI enablement and adoption initiatives.

Develop and execute AI transformation strategies across business functions.

Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI solutions.

Partner with business and technology teams to implement AI-driven solutions.

Provide leadership around Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, and business application initiatives.

Support ERP implementations and transformation initiatives from pre-implementation through post-implementation.

Help establish AI governance, best practices, and adoption strategies.

Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Director-level or equivalent leadership experience.

Strong background in Artificial Intelligence / Generative AI / AI Enablement .

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM .

Strong ERP implementation and transformation experience.

Experience leading enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience with AEC360 / AEC industry .

Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry experience.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, GitHub, or other Microsoft AI technologies.

Experience with enterprise AI strategy and adoption.
