Operations Manager | Bellville

Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional Operations Manager who will support the Distribution COO with execution and delivery of projects, day to day running of the Distribution Support Division and take ownership for the delivery of certain projects. You will also act as back-up for the COO. Responsibilities: Assist the COO on various projects with the design, calculation and implementation and take ownership for the delivery of certain projects such as: Acquisitive transactions Adviser security plan Cyber related matters Cash Management operational matters POPIA New legislation implementation Data cleanup Attend meetings as an alternate for the COO. Qualifications: Qualified CA(SA) or Commerce Qualification Experience: 2 – 3 years Financial Services Experience Knowledge: Knowledge of AccPac, IDU and Qlikview Ability to generate financial reports in Excel by incorporating information from different data sources Strong accounting technical knowledge Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting skills Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Competencies: Good project planning Attention to detail Strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to communicate and work with people Ability to package and communicate financial information in a clear and concise manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
