Job Title: Psychiatrist \n

Locations: Columbus OH 43215\n
Shift: 08:00am-04:00pm (M-F)\n
Duration: 6 months \n
Hours/week: 24-40 hours per week - Majority of the time it will be closer to 40 hours per week \n

Job Duties \n
\n- Evaluate, examine, analyze, diagnose, and treat patients.\n
\n- Prescribe medication and perform in-depth psychotherapy and counseling (e.g., psychoanalysis, behavior modification).\n
\n- Monitor and coordinate professional and paraprofessional medical, nursing, and direct care staff in areas related to psychiatric care.\n
\n- Review patient records for accuracy and completeness; recommend improvements in hospital staffing and organization.\n
\n- Conduct and participate in lectures and seminars in psychiatry or related fields for professional and paraprofessional healthcare staff.\n
\nMajor Worker Characteristics\n
\n- Knowledge: Medicine, psychology, sociology, anatomy, physiology.\n
\n- Skills: Administering medication.\n
\n- Abilities: Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret extensive technical material; manage multiple variables and determine specific courses of action; handle sensitive interactions with patients under medical care.\n

Requirement: \n
\n- State of Ohio Medical License.\n
\n- Experience with adults, adolescents, and children.\n
