On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Mon-Thu, 4:30 PM-6:30 AM
Good Shepherd Assisted Living & Memory Care team is looking for an On-Call Home Health Aide to play an essential role in ensuring residents receive high-quality care. In this role, you'll enjoy a variety of generous benefits, including the opportunity to pick up extra shifts if you're seeking more hours. On-call duties include coverage at both the Sauk Rapids and Becker Campuses.
On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Schedule
- On-call hours include Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM – 6:30 AM every 3rd week
On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities
- Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise
- Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN
- Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
- Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Benefits
- A daily stipend of $10 is provided when covering one campus and $20 when covering both campuses
- Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/HR Evening and $1.25/HR Overnight

- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course
- Must be at least 18 years of age
