Maintenance Foreman

We’re seeking a Maintenance Foreman to coordinate, direct, plan, and control activities of maintenance department workers ensuring tasks are completed within company standards. What you'll accomplish Responsible for adherence to all company policies, including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, other health, safety and environmental procedures. Accountable for maintaining an accurate file system of prints, P.M. schedules, work orders, material requisitions and parts as assigned, with the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for ordering parts and coordinating equipment repairs and/or adjustments with the Maintenance Supervisor. Direct, oversee, train and continually monitor the effectiveness, behavior, and needs of the workforce assigned. Assist the Maintenance Manager with scheduling, planning, and assigning daily maintenance work throughout the plant. Responsible for training and development of maintenance personnel. Ability to work with outside vendors on projects when needed. Perform hands‑on work as needed when business levels dictate. Work any and all shifts and be available on an on‑call basis in times of need. Regular and predictable attendance is essential to this position. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Field of study preferred: Manufacturing, engineering, or experience. Required work experience: 4 years. Travel requirements: None. Additional requirements: Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize‑approved personal protective equipment, including respirators.
