???? The Role

As a Solar Appointment Setter , your responsibility is simple and critical:
Start conversations. Set qualified appointments. Execute daily.

You will:

• Speak with homeowners and identify interest in solar

• Qualify prospects using a proven script

• Set appointments for senior closers

• Track activity and results in our CRM

• Attend daily team meetings and training

This is not remote and not passive income . This is field sales.

• Performance-based pay (paid per completed appointment)

• Weekly pay

• Bonuses for volume and consistency
