Seasonal Harbor Operations Assistant

Town of Duxbury is seeking an Assistant Harbormaster for the 2026 seasonal period in Duxbury Harbor and Waterways. The role supports the Harbormaster and Executive Officer with daily marine operations, harbor safety, and enforcement of laws and regulations. Training in marine law enforcement, search and rescue, and safety is provided as needed. This part-time seasonal position runs April through Labor Day with 8-hour days and 20–40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Town-of-Duxbury-
