Qualifications Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 Minimum 3.4 GPA Interest in the areas of shareholder activism, hostile takeovers, and ESG Comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements Desire to use both quantitative and qualitative skills on a daily basis Ability to think strategically and tactically in complicated situations High level of motivation and commitment to working hard Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines Top education credentials Willingness to have appropriate series licensing We review Investment Banking applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready. Expected base pay rates for the role will be $52.89 per hour at the commencement of employment.
