Poly Operator Night Shift

What Youll Be Doing
- Running and supporting production machinery
- Keeping safety first while following all procedures
- Inspecting products and making sure quality stays high
- Communicating clearly with your team and supervisors
- Using your equipment knowledge to keep things moving
- Applying solid judgment in fast-paced situations
- Helping your team hit production goals and transition between shifts
What You Bring to the Table
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods
- Strength to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Basic hand-tool knowledge for minor repairs
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach
- Comfort climbing ladders for repairs and changeovers
- A strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
