What You'll Do
As a Drybar Sales Associate / Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face of our shop and a key part of creating the signature Drybar experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a fabulous first impression by warmly greeting guests and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and going above and beyond to create a memorable visit.
- Drive sales and achieve goals by confidently recommending memberships, retail products, and available services that fit each guest's needs.
- Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing appointments, checking guests in and out, and processing transactions accurately.
- Be a problem solver by handling guest concerns professionally and finding solutions with the appropriate support when needed.
- Support your team by communicating effectively, staying organized, and helping maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming shop.
