About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead a significant period of change and renewal. The successful candidate will be a transformational and decisive leader, acting as both a strategic visionary and a hands-on operator. Key responsibilities include rebuilding organizational capacity, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring the fulfillment of the company's mission to empower young people. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and must be prepared to lead with transparency, accountability, and a strong focus on youth development. The ideal CEO for the company will have a background in executive-level nonprofit management, a deep passion for youth development, and a proven track record in fundraising, community engagement, and organizational transformation. This role demands a leader who can navigate through critical periods and lay the foundation for growth, while also being adept at fostering an environment where young people can thrive and reach their full potential. The company has a long-standing history of providing after-school and summer programs that equip young individuals with essential life skills, confidence, and support, and the new CEO will be instrumental in continuing and enhancing this legacy.
