They are looking for an ambitious engineer who is ready to step up into a leadership role, with full support and mentorship provided to help you get there.

This position is office based. You will be tasked with producing civil design plans, collaborating with and mentoring junior engineers, attending client and sub meetings, and taking on increasing responsibility as you develop into a leadership position.

This role would suit someone with civil design experience, who is working toward or looking to obtain their PE license, and has the ambition to grow into a team leader within a company that actively promotes from within.
