Data-Driven Lean Process Improvement Lead

Matalco Inc.

A manufacturing company in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and support process improvement initiatives. This role requires expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a BS in a technical discipline, with significant experience in continuous improvement.
