Help organize and coordinate off‑season activities. Work on skill development and participation goals. Communicate with students, athletes, parents and community about the volleyball program. Check on student/athlete grades and school attendance. Supervise before, during, and after practices and games. Collaborate with other coaches to build a strong athletic program at the high school. Set high expectations for academic success for student/athletes. Qualifications Successful volleyball coaching experience. Volleyball background / NFHS trained. Communication, motivation, and organization skills. Adherence to the highest ethical and moral standards of sportsmanship and teaching.
