Accountant

Opportunity We are looking for an Accountant to support financial reporting, month‑end close, reconciliations, billing support, and fixed asset record maintenance across ORBIS and Menasha Corporation. What You’ll Do Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries. Provide requested financial information to stakeholders. Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and schedules. Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and hourly payroll functions. Participate in the annual audit process. Provide accounting support to the corporate office. Assist with the billing process. Help prepare and develop annual budgets and forecasts. Enter and maintain fixed asset and leasing records. Partner with the Controller on key accounting activities. Support the broader Finance organization and pursue growth into advanced roles. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience may be considered). 0‑2 years of manufacturing accounting experience. Knowledge of core business and accounting principles, including the revenue cycle. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will support peak business needs outside typical hours. Travel & Work Environment Office‑based with occasional visits to manufacturing environments. Up to 5% domestic/international travel, including possible overnight stays; passport required.
