The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing with a strong B2B background, particularly in the financial services, fintech, or payments sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through a variety of channels, with a primary focus on SEO and paid acquisition. This role demands a hands-on approach, including the development and execution of SEO strategies, management of Google Ads campaigns, and the optimization of landing pages for conversion. The Head of Marketing will also lead PR, communications, and brand initiatives, define positioning and messaging, and build a marketing engine that delivers measurable results. Experience in a regulated industry and a proven track record of results are essential. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have 7-12 years' of experience in B2B marketing, with a direct responsibility for growth outcomes. A background in financial services or payments is strongly preferred, and a verifiable track record of success is a must. The role requires a candidate with technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building expertise, as well as deep hands-on experience in Google Ads for B2B. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, operator mentality, be adept at using AI tools, and have a clear, results-oriented approach to marketing. The first 90 days will involve a comprehensive audit and the delivery of a clear growth plan, with a focus on immediate, practical deliverables.
