Registered Dental Assistant - Full-TimeWe are seeking a Dental Assistant (RDA) fluent in English and Spanish preferred who is energetic, motivated, and ready to be a true team player!Who We AreWe are a well-established private family practice located in beautiful Everett. Our office is led by an amazing doctor, supported by a dedicated team, and centered on delivering the best care for both our patients and our team members.What You'll DoPrepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for proceduresWelcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visitPour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorationsEducate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructionsClean and polish removable appliancesAnticipate the doctor's needs during procedures (set-ups, suction, passing instruments)Document dental care services accurately in patient recordsCapture high-quality intraoral photographsMaintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipmentContribute to a positive, collaborative team cultureWho You AreRegistered Dental Assistant (RDA)Active CPR certificationAvailable Monday-Friday during practice hoursBilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive wages based on skills and experienceBenefits package including Health Insurance and 401kOpportunities for professional growth and development If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, patient-focused practice, we'd love to hear from you.
