The NOW Minneapolis North Loop is a brand-new, locally owned massage boutique.  Join us as a Founding Massage Therapist and step into a beautiful, supportive space where your craft and well-being are truly valued.  This is your chance to be a part of a health and wellness industry-redefining business in the heart of Minneapolis. We know that the Massage Therapist positions are central to the success of the boutique. To that end, we have envisioned this role with an eye toward professional growth and development where one could evolve to Lead Massage Therapist for the boutique and beyond that even Regional Lead Massage Therapist as we open additional locations across the Twin Cities.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:  

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays 
• Availability for at least one PM and one weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift). 
• Full and Part-Time positions available. 
• Boutique Hours:  
  • Monday-Friday: 10AM-9PM 
  • Saturday: 9AM-9PM 
  • Sunday: 10AM-7PM 

Responsibilities  

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy. 
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.) 
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided. 

Qualifications  

• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness. 
• Must present a license/school certificate during the interview process.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities. 
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.  
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity. 
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
