About the Role Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within assigned territory. Utilize CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Conduct cold‐calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing. Build and maintain long‐term relationships with customers, ensuring their apparel needs are met with weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services. Apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program to achieve and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual quotas. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Contact Management System (CMS). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
