Shipping Coordinator

Shipping Administrator (SAP Experience Required) Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Full-Time Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, hands-on shipping experience, and required SAP experience . The position will support daily shipping operations and requires working in both an office and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage shipping documentation, orders, and inventory transactions in SAP Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records within SAP Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating logistics activities Support warehouse operations as needed while maintaining administrative accuracy Perform general administrative and data entry duties related to shipping and logistics Qualifications Previous SAP experience is required Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse administration, or transportation support Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in both an office setting and warehouse environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Specialized Recruiting Group - York County / South Charlotte
