This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $86,000.

• $0.445 - $0.55 per mile
• Detention pay: $25 - $35 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $56 per stop
• Live load/unload: $77 per stop
• Driver load/unload: $45 per stop

• Empty move: $25 per load
• Empty search: $25 per hour
• Hazmat: $40 per load
• Refrigerated: $40 per load
