Email Marketing Coordinator

About the Role NinjaOne is looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing Programs team within EMEA Marketing. You'll own the execution of local EMEA email marketing programs across 6 languages, writing, testing, scheduling, and reporting on campaigns, from nurture sequences and newsletters to product announcements and event promotion ensuring every send is on-brand, accurate, and optimized for performance in every market we serve. You'll collaborate closely with global email partners to stay aligned on tools, templates, and best practices while keeping campaigns locally relevant. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who's eager to build deep expertise in email marketing and demand generation, while working closely with the Programs team. Location Berlin, Germany What You'll Be Doing Create local EMEA email campaigns across 6 languages in our marketing automation platform (e.g. Pardot), including nurtures, newsletters, product updates, and event promotions Manage the EMEA email send calendar, coordinating timing and priority across regional/language campaigns Coordinate translation and localization workflows with localization specialists, ensuring tone, formatting, and CTAs hold up in every language Collaborate closely with global email teams to align on tools, templates, and best practices across markets Track and report on key email metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes, conversions) by language/region and flag optimization opportunities Other duties as needed About You 1-3 years of experience in B2B email marketing Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) Experience coordinating multilingual or localized content; comfortable managing translation workflows and vendors Collaborative, low-ego working style; comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization alongside global and regional teams Curious to learn and build workflows using AI to improve efficiency and campaign performance About Us NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries.
