AssociateProgramManager

Job Purpose:

The AssociateProgramManageris responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for assigned accounts. TheProgrammanager's duties will consist of but not limited to:

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managingand developing project plans.
• Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time.
• Review status with the customer and the management team.
• Understand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with customer and the business development team.
• Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations.
• Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
• Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.
• Ensure timely implementation of ECOs.
• Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues.
• Responsible for all aspects of aprogramat the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensures allprogram-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
• Understands all aspects required to launch a newprogramor order.
• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development.
• Understands Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina products or services.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Contract MFG experience desired
• Experience in the mechanical and electrical as well as integration
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask
• 0-2 years ofProgramManagerexperience, preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player
• Must be able to work independently & quickly while under pressure in a fast paced environment

Salary Range (annual) : $70,000.00 - $77,875.20

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
