Clinical Coordinator (RN) – Emergency Services Salary: $10,000 Two‑Year Commitment Bonus Job Type: Full Time | Days Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 6a–6p Your experience matters. The Clinical Coordinator (RN) in Emergency Services will coordinate staff scheduling, educational and development activities, performance evaluation, and ensure consistent, high‑quality patient care in accordance with accreditation and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Coordinate staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations. Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow. Perform quality assurance studies and assist with implementation of QA/QI initiatives. Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements. Provide direct patient care as needed in accordance with scope and standards of practice. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Provide quality patient care and work other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on‑call. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications Applicants must hold a current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. 1–2 years minimum Emergency RN experience required. 2–4 years critical care experience preferred. Basic Life Support certification. One year of Emergency Room RN experience preferred. BCLS required; ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred.
