The Supervisor focuses on daily continuous improvements and team processes, to deliver team key performance indicators and drive employee engagement and development. The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide leadership to team to ensure that all Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Delivery goals are achieved and help to engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.What you'll do:Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment, fostering open communication and dialogue.Ensures effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.Supports the Electrolux Management System and implements continuous improvement processes and cost savings.Leads line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensures labor map adherence.Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferred.Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports and well-versed in process improvement methodologies.Lead and participate in root cause analysis.Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.Benefits highlights:Medical, dental, vision and life insurance.Competitive holiday and vacation time off program.Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.Discounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service.Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
