Physician Assistant - Primary Care

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a nationally recognized public health system located in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s metro‑north region. CHA is currently recruiting Full‑Time Primary Care Physician Assistants for our neighborhood health centers in Malden and Revere. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of primary care experience as a Physician Assistant. Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to actively engage and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrate a commitment to CHA’s mission and patient population. Prior experience with interpreters is a plus. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Haitian Creole is valued. The full‑time guaranteed base salary range of $108,000‑$161,000 is based on years of experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families.
