Compensation $0.70 CPM — all miles paid, loaded and empty Average weekly miles: 3,200–3,500 Average weekly take-home: $2,250–$2,450 Schedule & Home Time OTR tours: approximately 2–3 weeks out Home time: 3–4 days after each tour Routes: all 48 contiguous states No forced dispatch — 24/7 professional dispatch support Equipment 2024–2027 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia Governed at 72 MPH Permanently assigned truck — take it home on time off EZ Pass, PrePass, and Pilot/Flying J fuel cards provided Pets welcome from day one Requirements Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years showing on license 1.5+ years verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience Standard DOT urine drug screen only — completed at a lab in your local ZIP code.
