Product Analyst - Chicago

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• We are seeking 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, product ownership, or a comparable role.
• We need experience supporting customer-facing digital products and identity-related initiatives.
• We value a solid understanding of modern authentication, access management, and identity concepts.
• Familiarity with authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML is required.
• Knowledge of identity provider platforms, multifactor authentication approaches, and customer account security principles is important.
• We look for the ability to analyze datasets, spot trends, and inform decisions through research and reporting.
• Experience with tools such as SQL, Splunk, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is needed.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

• We partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• We translate business goals into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• We assess customer authentication and account management experiences to uncover improvement opportunities.
• We document end-to-end customer journeys covering account creation, sign-in, credential recovery, profile management, and identity verification.
• We work with engineering, product, QA, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
• We support prioritization efforts, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
• We track project tasks, dependencies, and risks while keeping stakeholders informed.
• We assist testing efforts by validating business requirements and supporting user acceptance testing.
• We create documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources for operational and business teams.
• We conduct research and data analysis to support product decisions and ongoing improvement initiatives.
