Position Summary Our Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers. This includes supporting their marketing, sales, and service organizations. Post sales activities including service, customer success and professional services is growing in importance because of the role it plays in customer retention and expansion. Across a number of industries including High-Tech, Media, and Energy, Professional Services and Customer Success is becoming a pressing need. Recruiting for this role ends on December 31, 2026. Work you'll do As a Consultant, Technical Transformation in Sales and Service, you will be responsible for: Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and organizational change objectivesGather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state recommendationsDevelop client deliverables, including status updates, workplans, meeting materials, process documentation, and executive presentationsCoordinate across client stakeholders and project teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action itemsContribute to workshops, assessments, and implementation activities that support enterprise and functional transformation efforts The TeamOur Sales & Service offering drives global customer transformation by designing and implementing innovative sales and service experiences. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience supporting business transformation, operating model, process improvement, or technology implementation projects3+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating findings into documented recommendations1+ years of experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)Experience with at least 2 of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration CloudAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred Master’s degreeExperience supporting functional transformation programsExperience with process mapping and business requirements documentationExperience supporting project management office activitiesExperience working with cross-functional stakeholder groupsExperience with enterprise transformation or implementation programsFamiliarity with Agentforce and its application in Sales and Service CloudFamiliarity with working with an offshore development delivery model The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,000 to $148,000 You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
