We are seeking a motivated, service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to deliver the quality, hospitality, and efficiency our guests expect. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is ready to grow with a strong, established brand.

What You'll Do
As a Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

• Hiring, training, developing, and coaching team members
• Leading and directing daily employee work and performance
• Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization
• Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Working in various restaurant positions as needed
• Managing inventory, ordering, and supply levels
• Recording sales, payroll, expenses, and financial data
• Preparing cash deposits and maintaining financial accountability
• Creating and managing the unit budget
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and food safety regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organized, dependable, and able to perform independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and recordkeeping
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license

Schedule Expectations:
This role typically requires approximately 50 hours per week , including weekends and holidays.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
• At least 1 year in a management role preferred
• High School Diploma preferred
