ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Oversee multiple warehouse departments; receiving, shipping, warehouse and maintenance operations Excellent leadership skills including ability to set goals and motivate. Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Good project management skills, including decision-making, problem solving and strategic planning abilities Manage and enforce warehouse in compliance with company's policies and goals. Continuously look for improvements to operations. Maintain standards cleanliness and security Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and evaluate results. Select, place, train, coach and motivate employees Receive feedback and monitor the quality of work provided Working with various departments to realize effectiveness and manage expectations

ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Minimum 5 years previous warehouse manager experience Knowledge in warehouse management procedures and best practices Record of successful distribution and logistics management Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Leadership skills and ability to manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills Must be able to work in outdoor elements Must be able to lift up to 75lbs Must be able to pass a felony background check More about this job: Job Type: Full-time Day Shift: Monday - Friday, including some Saturdays #J-18808-Ljbffr Monterrey-Tile
