The position bridges the gap between digital design and physical performance, ensuring that electronic systems perform reliably in demanding real-world environments.Role OverviewThe Lead Electronic Verification & Validation Engineer owns planning, coordination, and execution of verification and validation for IMUs, angle sensors, and related electronic sensing systems. The role ensures products meet performance, reliability, and quality expectations using structured, risk-based validation practices.Key ResponsibilitiesValidation Planning and StrategyDevelop and maintain DVP&R plansTranslate requirements, risks, and FMEA outputs into validation strategiesDefine acceptance criteria and ensure validation coverageTest Execution and CoordinationPlan validation across simulation, lab, HIL, environmental, and field testingCoordinate with internal teams and external testing resourcesEnsure test readiness and quality executionEvaluation, Reporting, and Release SupportReview validation results for accuracy and traceabilityProvide technical feedback and recommendationsSupport product release decisions based on validation outcomesCross-functional LeadershipWork with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teamsAlign validation plans with schedules and resourcesImprove validation workflows and consistencySkills and ExperienceUnderstanding of electronic product developmentKnowledge of validation methods and reliability engineeringFamiliarity with FMEA and risk-based validationPreferred QualificationsExperience with IMUs, MEMS sensors, or off-highway equipmentBackground in reliability or durability testingHands-on lab or machine testing experienceAt TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
