2nd Shift | Tuesday-Saturday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
$33.75 - $36.25 per hour

Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys developing people, solving equipment issues, and driving performance? We're seeking a Maintenance Lead to lead a maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership skills with technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and train maintenance team members to support safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Assign daily priorities, schedules, and work assignments based on production needs and workforce capabilities.
• Monitor work performance and provide guidance to help team members improve skills and performance.
• Troubleshoot and oversee repairs involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical ladder diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, quality, and management teams.
• Conduct investigations related to equipment failures, accidents, safety concerns, and corrective actions.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, production data, and repair documentation.
• Recommend personnel actions, support employee development, and assist with performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and promote a culture of safe work practices.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, welding, fabrication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• • Electrical systems
  • Mechanical systems
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
  • PLCs
  • Motor controls
  • Electrical ladder circuits
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating daily work activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and drive solutions.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and continuous improvement programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using PLC software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience developing maintenance procedures and tracking maintenance metrics.
