Psychiatry opening in Georgetown, DE Ocean City, MD 35mFull-time, PermanentSeeking a Psychiatrist to join its Inpatient Psychiatric team. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a structured weekday schedule in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on high-quality inpatient psychiatric care. Monday-Friday daytime schedule (no routine nights or weekends) 100% onsite inpatient psychiatry (no telehealth) Average of 18 patients per day Supportive team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and per diem clinicians Established inpatient unit with 99 beds Opportunity to work in a collaborative and well-resourced behavioral health setting Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment Manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions Conduct psychiatric assessments and medication management Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination Support involuntary commitment processes when clinically indicated Collaborate with physicians, APPs, psychologists, and clinical staff Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Qualifications (Required) Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 0-5 years of residency) Active Delaware medical license or ability to obtain DEA registration (required prior to start) CSR/CDS registration (required prior to start) Current NPDB Self-Query report BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan CME stipend by Jobble
