The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Senior Director of Disability Employment Services to serve as the senior operational leader for countywide I/DD employment programs, including AbilityOne federal contract sites. This role holds accountability for program performance, compliance, and stakeholder partnership across multiple publicly funded employment models. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred 7+ years of supervisory experience , including leadership of managers or supervisors 5+ years of experience managing service contracts in workforce development or employment services Strong working knowledge of California Titles 17 & 22 and related regulatory frameworks Proven success in compliance, contract management, and stakeholder partnership Leadership Provide strategic leadership for Employment Services programs, including Community Employment Services, Group Employment Training, and AbilityOne federal contract sites Guide Directors, Program Managers, and Supervisors to ensure high‑quality performance, regulatory compliance, and mission‑aligned outcomes Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement Foster teamwork, transparency, and shared responsibility across operational areas Promote cross‑department collaboration to align employment services with organizational goals Strategic Partnerships & Compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, federal agencies, community partners, and advocacy organizations Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements, including AbilityOne, DOL, CARF, Medicaid Waiver, and California Titles 17 & 22 The Arc of San Diego is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
