Logistics Analyst

Logistics Analyst We are a fast-growing technology (hardware/software) company seeking a Logistics Analyst to support our international shipping, and inventory management teams. This hybrid role (San Franciscobased, 2 days onsite) is critical to ensuring operational and reporting excellence. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily order fulfillment including Inbound and Outbound shipping & related documentation Manage and resolve order exceptions (EDI errors, routing issues, shipment discrepancies, chargebacks) Partner with 3PLs and transportation providers to resolve delivery and execution issues Maintain accurate shipping and fulfillment records across ERP, WMS, and related systems Conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues Handle documentation (Bills of Lading, commercial invoices etc) Assist with new market setups, retail onboarding, and new product introductions Track inventory, and maintain appropriate levels across multiple warehouses Support S&OP reporting, KPI tracking (OTIF, fill rates, delivery performance), and operational dashboards Help develop and maintain logistics SOPs and drive continuous process improvement Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on logistics experience in order management and fulfillment Experience resolving order-level issues in ERP (NetSuite), WMS, and/or EDI systems Strong understanding of retail routing guides, compliance, and omnichannel logistics Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Global logistics and import/export experience a plus Work Arrangement Hybrid role based in San Francisco (2 days on-site per week) The company is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations during the recruiting process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
