Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage food cost and inventory to maximize profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Assist in new restaurant openings and ensure successful launches
- Provide leadership and direction to restaurant staff
Required Skills:
- Experience in restaurant management
- Strong guest service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage costs and drive profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- ServSafe Certification
- Experience in creative marketing strategies
- Knowledge of retail management
- Leadership development experience
- Strong cooking skills
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $50,000.00
Maximum Salary: $65,000.00
