Futures has an immediate need for an experienced Behavioral Health Technician . We are seeking an excited and outgoing Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. The Behavioral Health Technician provides outstanding client service and care with compassion and discretion. The role supports the complete care of patients undergoing treatment at Futures. All shifts are required; 5 % shift differential for night shift. Requirements One year’s experience in a residential or inpatient treatment program (preferred) High School Diploma or GED (required) Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Valid Driver’s License (required) Background check and drug screen (required) Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with Electronic Medical Records and ability to update patient information Must be able to work four weekend shifts per month Responsibilities Provide a safe and welcoming space for patients Customer focused Transport patients to scheduled appointments as needed Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills Communicate rules and regulations to new admissions Build positive and lasting relationships with staff, physicians, and patients Be goal and career oriented Maintain a positive attitude that demonstrates commitment and upholding ethical standards Show a hunger to continue learning and growing through trainings and in‑service Benefits Full‑time employees: health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching Part‑time employees: 401(k) matching 5 % shift differential for night shifts Attendance incentives Employee referral program Futures Recovery Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
